130 years in its existence, First Bank rekindles efforts for people-driven brand

Although it has never stopped in offering satisfied banking services in  the past 130 years in existence, First Bank has again reassured customers of better, new and improved operation through its adaptation to digitalised age.

Even as it announced readiness to offer more customercentric services with this latest campaign.

Reiterating its readiness to continue in adding more values to its customers, the bank on Friday 12 July 2024 unveiled its campaign, "You First, Making Giant of You" meant to showcase its planned people-driven brand.

Just as it said it has offered over 30,000 direct and indirect jobs in spite of the hard economic conditions in the country.

Speaking with dailycitynews, after the event, the Head, Digital Marketing, First Bank Nigeria Limited, Yinka Ijabiyi, stated that the campaign is  aimed at making the customers First and making Giant out of them in whatever they do.

First Bank reintensified its efforts to capture the market with the campaign showing the strength and dexterity of elephant  Even created opportunity for dedicated banking for those in diaspora on 24/7 basis.

In the campaign the bank is making giant out of everyone, “At First Bank, we believe everyone has the potential to be a giant. For over 130 years, we have been empowering individuals and businesses to achieve their dreams. Let’s take giant strides together and turn your ambitions into reality.”

With the campaign in "You First, Making Customers Giant", First Bank is bringing its revolutionised operations with adaptation to digitalised age.

Assuring its readiness to offer more dedicated services to become household brand, Ijabiyi said, "First Bank has offered over 20,000 employment and is still offering jobs because it has interest in people. First Bank takes people as core business partners, we have interest in creating jobs and we are still into it."
